    Soma yoga is intended for all levels of yoga. This yoga practice helps reeducate our muscles to release tension and create freer mobility. The class emphasizes moving from within our bodies using breath practice and meditation to calm minds and spirits and gain strength, flexibility, and stamina. A few days prior to class you will receive an email with an invite to your class - most classes the ZOOM format.
