Yoga - Whole Body Vinyasa

AE 2425 Summer

Whole Body Vinyasa is designed to increase both your strength and flexibility and is suitable for all ages and body types. The breath is incorporated into each exercise and is designed to relieve stress and anxiety. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Each pose will be described in detail for beginners as well as modifications offered for more advanced students. Improve the health of your body, mind and soul through yoga!

$15 drops are welcomed!


Class will be held at:  Bellaire Beach, 2499 South Shore Boulevard, White Bear Township, MN 55110.

If the weather is poor, we will meet at Normandy Park Education Center, 2484 East County Road F.  It is up the hill on Bellaire. Enter through the Senior Center Door P in the gym.


Remember to bring a water bottle and yoga mat.

Erin Parr


Hi, I'm Erin Parr, born and raised in White Bear Lake, MN. I began practicing yoga in 2005 but got more involved in 2010 when taking classes through Community Education. It was a great release from my very busy days of running a home day care with 13 children. Truly felt like it was so good for me, body, mind and  soul, that I decided to pursue my 200 hour teacher certification in 2017 and I've been teaching ever since. I'm currently teaching at the YMCA, Community Education classes in both Forest Lake and WBL, as well as at a home day care. My favorite style is Vinyasa, favorite location is outside when we can, Bellaire Beach in the summer is fantastic! Since 2017 I have received additional trainings in Yoga Sculpt, Restorative Yoga, Mat Pilates and SUP/Wave Yoga (on paddleboards in the water). I live in WBL with my husband, our daughters, dog and cat. I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, fishing, paddle boarding, gardening, traveling & spending time with friends & family. This year I began leading wellness retreats and plan to continue to lead them monthly along with other great friends and  instructors. My goal is to help others learn a variety of ways to help them feel better, inside and out, age gracefully, live a more positive life for themselves and the world around them. Build strength, flexibility and friendships and become a calmer you through yoga. ❤️
