  • Guided Kayak Adventure

    Would you like to spend an enjoyable couple of hours on the lake with cool people? Lake Demontreville is the perfect size lake to paddle on a guided tour starting at the boat launch, through a fun channel and into Lake Olson. Take in the sites of a beautiful lake shore and keep your eyes open for wildlife. This adventure is suitable for all levels; guides will provide pointers about how to properly paddle and maneuver your kayaks. SilverFinn Kayaking provides kayaks, paddles and all necessary safety equipment. NOTE: Lake Demontreville does not have an address for the public boat landing.   • Learn to Kayak

    Learn the basics of kayaking on a Lake in your own backyard. You will receive a comprehensive orientation on land of proper paddling techniques, water safety, entering and exiting your kayak, and the chance to practice these new skills on White Bear Lake. This is a great way to build a new skill set or improve upon what you already know about kayaking. SilverFinn Kayaking provides kayaks, paddles, and all necessary safety equipment. Students under 18 must be registered with an adult.
  • Soma Yoga (Online)

    The practice of Soma Yoga helps re-educate muscles to release tension and create freer mobility. The class emphasizes moving from within our bodies, or somas, using breath practice and meditation to calm minds and spirits and gain strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. This class is a multi-age class for all yoga skill levels. Equipment Needs: Yoga mat, Yoga block, Small blanket, Hard back chair.
  • Yoga - Whole Body Vinyasa

    Whole Body Vinyasa is designed to increase both your strength and flexibility and is suitable for all ages and body types. The breath is incorporated into each exercise and is designed to relieve stress and anxiety. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Each pose will be described in detail for beginners as well as modifications offered for more advanced students. Improve the health of your body, mind and soul through yoga! $15 drops are welcomed! Class will be held at: Bellaire Beach, 2499 South Shore Boulevard, White Bear Township, MN 55110. If the weather is poor, we will meet at Normandy Park Education Center, 2484 East County Road F. It is up the hill on Bellaire. Enter through the Senior Center Door P in the gym. Remember to bring a water bottle and yoga mat.
