Baklava is a traditional pastry dessert that is known for its sweet, rich flavor and flaky texture. Made with crispy phyllo dough, honey and nuts. Prepare flavorful and easy-to-learn baklava to take home and bake yourself. Hands-on class with samples provided. NOTES A $20 cash supply fee due at class. Bring a 9 x 13 baking pan to bake and bring your Baklava home in.

    Learn how to bake Krumkakes, the delicious and rich rolled Norwegian cookie, Italian Pizzelles, crisp and light anise or vanilla flavored cookies, almond Swedish Sandbakkelse, cookies cooked in tiny tins to resemble tarts, and Rosettes, paper thin Scandinavian delicacies dusted with confectioners’ sugar. Expect great recipes plus the many tips and techniques that will make your baking a success! There is a $14 materials/food fee due to the instructor at class. Please bring containers to bring your creations safely home.
