In this cooking class, you'll explore a variety of hearty, veggie-packed dishes perfect for diversifying your meals and reducing your meat intake. You'll learn how to prepare delicious risotto with porcini mushrooms, tofu stroganoff, a flavorful garbanzo bean and lentil soup, black-eyed peas with cabbage and cheese, chili with kidney beans and bulgur wheat, a refreshing quinoa salad with bell peppers and olives, and the renowned Napalese Lentil Dahl. Each dish promises to be fulfilling and nutritious, ensuring you leave inspired to incorporate more vegetables into your diet!

NOTE

  • A $16 materials/food fee due to the instructor at class.
  • Please bring containers to bring home biscotti
