No one will even care about the game with these TOUCHDOWN scoring snacks on the table! YOU will be the MVP of the party regardless of who wins! Learn to make SOFT Pretzels with Beer Cheese Dip & Italian Meatball Slider Sandwiches from SCRATCH! EVERYTHING from the dough for the pretzels and rolls, beer cheese and meatballs will be made fresh! NO store bought rolls or frozen meatballs are included in the instructors’ personal recipes being used for the class! Crowd pleasing goodness during the game or any time of year HANDS-DOWN! Have your questions answered by the instructor, interact with other participants, and increase your confidence in the kitchen with each skill that is learned, and each little bit of advice and instruction that is shared. While cooking-along is loads of fun, and highly recommended, it is optional.


CHEF'S NOTES: 
  • The alcohol from the stout cooks off during baking, but substitution options will be provided.
  • The instructor’s recipes are copyrighted and are only shared with those who register for this class.
  • Participants will receive
    • a list of ingredients in advance of the class with enough time for shopping and prep.
    • a copy of the instructor’s personal recipes in PDF format.
  • One registration fee for this on-line virtual interactive class can include immediate family members living full-time in the same home only.
    • If friends, adult children, or extended family members are gathering for a fun night together, EACH household must register SEPARATELY even if participating together.
    • If children are participating, adult supervision is required.

As an added bonus, the instructor has created a private group and a public group on Facebook for participants of her cooking classes. Everyone will receive an invite to the groups although joining is optional. Come join the fun!

Tess Georgakopoulos

Tess Georgakopoulos has been cooking and baking for well over 45 years. Born into a Greek family, the art of cooking traditional meals using one's senses rather than recipes and measurements was passed on from one generation to the next. As an accomplished cook and baker, Tess enjoys creating original recipes for her family and friends. Sweet, savory, or doughy, she enjoys experimenting and creating in the kitchen daily. Tess is proficient and experienced in creating classes and curriculum for conventional cooking, baking, pressure-cooking, air frying, pizza making, Mediterranean Cooking, and meal preparation as well. 

Tess has been teaching both in-person and on-line cooking classes through community education for a number of years having worked with over 50 public school districts; primarily in Minnesota, a few in Wisconsin, Missouri, Arizona, and now in the state of New York as well! Through her teaching, she has helped people of all skill levels increase their confidence and expand their skills in the kitchen reaching heights of their own personal creativity.
