Classic French Macarons

French macarons are delicate and colorful confections. They are crisp on the outside and chewy in the middle, and they pair well with tea. They are perfect for holiday gifts. Using the French technique, you can learn to bake light and airy meringue-based macaron shells. While the shells are setting, you can prepare the fillings. As you assemble the macarons, we’ll discuss how to store them so your hard work can be enjoyed well after they are made.  

NOTE  Bring container to bring macarons home in.

Students age 15+ may attend with a registered adult.
