Pat Reardon, the oldest of eight children, was born in Youngstown, Ohio, where he frequently visited his grandmother. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University and an MBA from the University of California – Irvine. After 35 years in the packaged food industry, Pat transitioned to senior care, inspired by his experiences with his grandmother and mother's home care. He and his wife Geri established Senior Helpers of Stillwater, focusing on helping seniors maintain their quality of life and stay safely at home.
