Join us for an exquisite culinary experience where you'll learn to create a memorable meal perfect for any occasion. Start with a rich and comforting French Onion soup, topped with crusty French bread and melted Swiss cheese. Next, prepare two enticing entrees: a savory French Pork Tenderloin infused with apple brandy and Roasted Pork Tenderloin drizzled with a balsamic vinegar and raisin sauce. Pair these with elegant glazed parsnips and carrots, along with a vibrant red onion confit and a golden potato tart. Finally, indulge in a delightful chocolate amaretto mousse garnished with crème fraiche to complete this special, and easy,  meal!

  • A $17 cash materials/food fee due to the instructor at class.
  • Please bring containers to bring home leftovers
