The 24 form Yang style of Tai Chi will be the focus of our class. The Yang style is the most widely practiced style in the world, and affords students and practitioners innumerable health, wellness, and vitality benefits. This style can be learned in eight weeks of training and instruction. This accessibility makes the style appealing to a broad range of practitioners, allowing individuals of all skill levels to engage and benefit from its continued practice without the pressure of advancing through multiple levels. This can foster a more inclusive environment, encouraging personal growth and enjoyment of the art form.
