Spark Equestrian’s day camps at Hardwood Creek Farm teach kids the basics of horse care, grooming, and riding. Our indoor arena and barn are heated during the winter months. Kids should provide their own lunch and wear long pants with close-toed shoes. It is recommended to dress in multiple layers as we will be both inside and outside. We play games, do a craft, and make treats for the horses. During the riding portion of camp, students take turns leading each other around while learning how to walk, steer and stop.
