Virtual Story Time
Join Tess as she walks you through the process of creating two types of spring rolls bursting with a SYMPHONY of flavors bold and bright enough to wake up any and all taste buds. Choice of meat (chicken or pork) and veggies will fill the CRISPY spring rolls, and fresh veggie and precooked protein of choice will fill the FRESH spring rolls. Two types of wrappers will be used. Participants will be able to customize filling ingredients and seasonings according to their taste or dietary preferences. Join in the fun as we dive into the world of spring rolls learning the techniques to create fillings, and how to wrap, roll, and cook these delightful packets of bright deliciousness! Freezing and reheating tips will also be shared! Come join the FUN! Make it a date night or family night as you create lasting memories in your kitchen!

Have your questions answered by the instructor, interact with other participants, and increase your confidence in the kitchen with each skill that is learned, and each little bit of advice and instruction that is shared.
Added Bonus: The instructor has created a private group and a public group on Facebook for participants of her cooking classes. Everyone will receive an invite to the groups although joining is optional.
IMPORTANT: One registration fee for this online virtual interactive class can include immediate family members living full-time in the same home only. The instructor would also like to remind folks that if children/youth are participating they must be supervised.
Tess Georgakopoulos has been cooking and baking for well over 45 years. Born into a Greek family, the art of cooking traditional meals using one's senses rather than recipes and measurements was passed on from one generation to the next. As an accomplished cook and baker, Tess enjoys creating original recipes for her family and friends. Sweet, savory, or doughy, she enjoys experimenting and creating in the kitchen daily. Tess is proficient and experienced in creating classes and curriculum for conventional cooking, baking, pressure-cooking, air frying, pizza making, Mediterranean Cooking, and meal preparation as well.
Tess has been teaching both in-person and on-line cooking classes through community education for a number of years having worked with over 50 public school districts; primarily in Minnesota, a few in Wisconsin, Missouri, Arizona, and now in the state of New York as well! Through her teaching, she has helped people of all skill levels increase their confidence and expand their skills in the kitchen reaching heights of their own personal creativity.
