    The CRAFT BEER BACKSTAGE PASS course is designed to take the craft beer enthusiast, or novice, and educate them like a craft community insider. Participants will get on a first name basis with the management and brew team here at Big Wood Brewery. Get a back-stage VIP tour of the brewery and an up-close and personal introduction to our team. The class will revolve around the different styles of beer that are served at our tap-room. We will be discussing everything from base grains to hop species to the brew process of each hand-crafted beverage in the Big Wood line-up. Other items covered in this course will be hot topics in the craft beer industry, forecasting new trends and what our brew team sees on the horizon in the craft world. A Q&A session will be held at the end of each class and participants are encouraged to come with questions that cover any craft beer related topic.     This class covers the step-by-step of designing and making your own custom cutting board. You will be using a variety of woods and cuts. Beginner level. Pro and advanced pickleball players from the North Star Pickleball Association will instruct people of different ages and abilities through the fundamentals of pickleball.
