Virtual Story Time
Come and join us to learn about native bees. We will learn the bee basics and also the importance of these incredible insects. We will also be making bee houses that you will be able to take home. Turn your crafty creativity into functional fun. More bees means more fruits, veggies, and flowers in your own backyard!
All the supplies and materials are provided, just bring your creativity.
Adam Hjelm has been teaching community education and gardening classes for nearly twenty years. He is passionate about native plants and helping people green up their spaces in a variety of ways. Adam is a watershed education coordinator, Master Gardener, Master Naturalist, and Lawns to Legumes coach. When he isn't working with residents on their properties; he can be found wandering the woods, gardening in his backyard, or chasing after fish on our local lakes.
