Understanding the frustrations and overwhelm often associated with tech, our mission is to simplify and enhance the experience, showcasing its benefits as it evolves. Nicki Welsh has a B.A. in Communication Studies from Iowa State University and ongoing professional development, she aims to bridge the gap between users and technology, making it accessible and beneficial for everyone.
