Learn how to master the tricky French pastry dough used in such delicacies as eclairs and cream puffs--the famous Pate a Choux! This dough is "cooked" on the stove, piped onto a baking sheet, and baked to a golden perfection and will make you the hit of your next party! This class is hands on and you will take your creations home to show off to your loved ones.

Please bring an apron and a to-go container.

Class fee includes all cooking ingredients and instructor time.
