    This workshop provides two booklets to help you Age In Place. The first gets you organized. If you suddenly need assistance managing your finances, your family will know how bills are paid, where important papers are. The second helps you evaluate what it will take to stay in your home.  
  • Changing the Way We Speak and Think about Depression and Suicide

    Jenny Landon will offer a three part series on having real dialogue about depression. You are invited to attend any or all of the sessions.  Session one will be focused on the power of our words, removing the stigma associated with depression, and recognizing how and when to talk about depression with our youth.  Session two will address the scary truth about depression and postpartum depression, which is that it doesn't always look like depression. What are we looking for and how do we respond to it?  Session three will be focused on authentic healing after losing a loved one suicide. Helping survivors of suicide to know they are not alone and that there is hope to fully heal after such a loss.  There is a $15 material fee due the night of class to the instructor.

    This 12-week class for family members and friends of individuals with a serious mental illness taught by trained family members. Families gain insight and information to empower and support themselves and their loved one. Learn current information on major mental illnesses, medications, side effects and coping skills. Wondering if this is the right class for you? No worries the first session will include an introduction and simple assessment tool. Course is free, but registration is required.

  • Healthier Food - Healthier You

  • Hypnosis: Weight Loss/Health Eating/ Stop Smoking / Chewing Tobacco
