    Using an Air Fryer to cook vegetables is quick—and the healthy results are delicious! In this live online class Kirsten will demonstrate a variety of recipes using in-season local and/or commonly available vegetables including Lemon Pepper Broccoli, Miso Sesame Kale Chips, and Roasted Sweet Potatoes. Participants will receive an extensive handout along with the link to join prior to class. There will be ample time for questions during the session, and participants will receive a link to the recording afterwards so you can cook along at your convenience.     Join us in making this traditional dish to share with your family and friends over the winter holidays! Baklava is a traditional pastry dessert that is known for its sweet, rich flavor and flaky texture. Made with crispy phyllo dough, honey and nuts. Prepare flavorful and easy-to-learn baklava to take home and bake yourself. Hands-on class with samples provided. NOTES A $20 cash supply fee due at class. Bring a 9 x 13 baking pan to bake and bring your Baklava home in.
  • Best Biscotti Ever!

    Join us for a delightful biscotti-making workshop where you'll learn to create over 10 varieties of these crunchy Italian cookies, packed with ingredients like almonds, pistachio nuts, dried fruits, and cinnamon. Perfectly complementing coffee and tea, these treats can be enjoyed plain or drizzled with chocolate.     An infamous Korean one-bowl dish, it consists of rice topped with sautéed vegetables, chili paste, and protein, usually beef, topped with a fried egg. We'll go vegetarian-style, using mushrooms in bulgogi. Explore Korean flavors like Gochugaru and Gochujang, the significance of cooking in Korean culture, and plant-based diets.

For our Buddha bowl, make the most addictive tofu with a sweet Asian marinade and a spicy Sriracha mayo on top. This gluten- free, vegetarian dish is versatile enough to adapt to any dietary restriction or preference. Discover how good plant-based foods can be!
  • Classic French Macarons

    French macarons are delicate and colorful confections. They are crisp on the outside and chewy in the middle, and they pair well with tea. They are perfect for holiday gifts. Using the French technique, you can learn to bake light and airy meringue-based macaron shells. While the shells are setting, you can prepare the fillings. As you assemble the macarons, we’ll discuss how to store them so your hard work can be enjoyed well after they are made. NOTE Bring container to bring macarons home in. Register for this class and join Chef Tess as she guides you through the step-by-step process of creating her Copycat versions of Domino’s® Pizza, Pizza Sauce, and Chicken Carbonara! Pizza-shop mastery creations that almost guarantee that take-out pizza and sides will be a thing of the past! Experience the rave reviews from previous participants of her pizza classes yourself as you learn how to make your own pizzas with her step-by-step instruction and guidance. Pizzas can be personalized with toppings of choice. On the Menu: The instructors Copycat versions of Domino’s® Pizza, Pizza Sauce, and Chicken Carbonara. Yes! We will be making the dough, the sauce, and Chicken Carbonara from scratch! All recipes have been created by the instructor, and tested time and time again over the years, to ensure maximum flavor and ease. Dim Sum, loosely translated to “touch the heart”, refers to a Chinese or Cantonese meal consisting of numerous small appetizers or finger foods traditionally enjoyed in restaurants. A dim sum meal therefore is considered a shared dining, social experience that can last for hours. Dim Sum meals often include some sort of dumpling, and two of the most popular dumpling options are open faced drum dumplings called “Shu Mai” and other dumplings called “Wontons”. Join Chef Tess for one of her newest classes where she will guide you in the step-by-step process of creating these delightful restaurant quality Dim Sum dumplings with two different meat and veggie fillings, and store bought wrappers.
