Register for this class and join Chef Tess as she guides you through the step-by-step process of creating her Copycat versions of Domino’s® Pizza, Pizza Sauce, and Chicken Carbonara! Pizza-shop mastery creations that almost guarantee that take-out pizza and sides will be a thing of the past! Experience the rave reviews from previous participants of her pizza classes yourself as you learn how to make your own pizzas with her step-by-step instruction and guidance. Pizzas can be personalized with toppings of choice. On the Menu: The instructors Copycat versions of Domino’s® Pizza, Pizza Sauce, and Chicken Carbonara. Yes! We will be making the dough, the sauce, and Chicken Carbonara from scratch! All recipes have been created by the instructor, and tested time and time again over the years, to ensure maximum flavor and ease. Choose which ones you would like to make and watch a demonstration of the others or if you feel up to it, make them all! You will feel like a pro after this class and be confident enough to create all of this deliciousness time and time again. Equipment needs: Pizza pans with or without holes are highly recommended for the pizza. A pizza-stone is a “nice-to-have” but not needed. A stand mixer is highly recommended to make the dough.     Join us in exploring the largest collection of nesting dolls or Matryoshka, in America at the Russian Museum of Art in Minneapolis. The display includes some of the earliest dolls ever created and traces the development of the craft through the 20th century. From village handiworks to artist-painted pieces, the artifacts on display present an astounding variety of styles and themes. We will have a guided tour through the exhibit and then time to explore the rest of the museum and gift show on your own. After the museum we will head off to lunch at Kramarczuk’s Deli in Minneapolis for an Eastern European lunch. Delight your taste buds with a medley of traditional dishes, including mouthwatering cabbage rolls, scrumptious pierogi (varenyky), Kramarczuk finest sausages, as well the classic pastrami and flavorful Rueben, guaranteed to satisfy your cravings.     Join us in exploring the Como Park Conservatory! We will take a tour through the many gardens of the Marjorie McNeely Conservatory as you explore the Jewel of Como and learn about their rich history. Go behind-the-scenes and uncover how the garden staff keep the conservatory looking lush and green all year long and produce the many flower shows. This tour is a unique opportunity to “peek behind the curtains” of the Conservatory and get your daily dose of green!
