Bears Track CampTrackThis popular track camp has been running for over 30 years! Coached by Tom Paulson, varsity track coach, the camp will improve athletic ability by doing the many different coordination drills. High jump, long jump, triple jump, hurdles, and sprints will be taught. Please bring a water bottle. A camp t-shirt will be included.2021 Summer

Need 4 Speed Track CampTrackNeed for Speed is a foundational program designed to help educate and enhance a persons sprint speed. I competed in the 2008 Olympics, and earned All-American honors five times between 2000-2003,being a national record holder in the 55-meter dash, I will exhibit your “Need 4 Speed." I will show you how to improve flexibility, enhance speed, and Plyometric power. I will utilize safe and different training methods used by Olympic and professional athletes to guide each student athlete towards achieving their goals. Which is absolute Speed!2021 Summer
