Steve is the founding member of Ledin Law PLLC, a small law firm located in the East Metro that specializes in two areas of the law: (i) estate planning and estate representation, and (ii) small business start-up and representation. Steve cut his legal teeth thirty years ago with his start in the legal profession at Moore, Costello & Hart PLLP, a Twin Cities based law firm that laid claim to being the oldest law firm in the State of Minnesota, founded in 1855. Steve’s skill, expertise and vast experience as an estate planning and business attorney is supplemented by his entrepreneurial spirit and extensive business operational experience, as well as his driving desire to provide education on these matters to all that may desire to learn.
Steve teaches a host of community education classes in communities all over the State of Minnesota. Steve graduated with a Juris Doctor (Magna Cum Laude) in 1997 from William Mitchell College of Law, after graduating from Saint Cloud State University and Macalester College with a Bachelor of Arts-Political Science (Summa Cum Laude). Steve is the current President of the East Side Area Business Association and also serves on the boards of a number of closely held companies and Minnesota non-profit corporations.
