Minnesota Xtreme: Cheer Basics: Age 6-12

This class is for individuals who would like introductory training to cheerleading. Experience can range from beginner to intermediate. This is a great training class to prepare your athlete for a competitive team. In this class we will work on all areas of cheerleading including tumbling, stunting, jumps and motions. Attire for the class is athletic shorts, a fitted tank or t-shirt and athletic shoes. Please have your athletes bring a water bottle and the shoes they plan on participating in. Hair should be up in a ponytail. No jewelry of any sort please.
