This presentation takes an entertaining look at valuing your possessions. It will answer questions like:
- What determines value?
- How do you know what things are worth?
- How does the market influence value?
- What are the best avenues for selling treasures?
Bring something in and we will do some valuations at the end of the class. Examples of what to bring in: Items that are easy to transport and carry in. Collectables, art or household items like pottery, glassware, figurines, clocks, items of collectible memorabilia, typically written or printed ones, jewelry, or easy to carry furniture items.
Register Now, Pay Later: Due to the unpredictability of COVID-19, we are using a “Register Now, Pay Later” procedure. When you register for a class, the class total will come up at Zero dollars ($0). Your credit/debit card or checking account will be charged 3 days prior to the class start date. You will be notified if a class is canceled.
I am the owner of Sort Toss Pack senior downsizing company. I also own Odds & Ends Again consignment store. I have been a realtor for 22 years, a real estate broker for 19. I have helped 100’s of seniors pre-pack, sort, organize, simplify and move! In my younger days I was a buyer and manager for Dayton Hudson. I have 4 adult children and six grandchildren. I love animals, outdoors, biking, skiing, hiking, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, and pickle ball!
