Beat Winter Blues
If you or someone you know struggles with the winter blues, this class is for you! During the long winter some people experience a lower mood, less energy, and less motivation than warmer months. Luckily there are tools we can all use such as regular exercise, specific essential oils, maintaining our social plans and more! This class will provide you with a list of things to try as well as an opportunity to participate in group discussions around the topic of winter blues and maintaining a healthy mindset throughout the winter.
Hilary Larsen has a Masters in Education, graduate certificate in Holistic Health and is a Certified Mayo Clinic Wellness Coach. She has successfully worked with adults that have a difficult time during the winter as well as other times in their lives by offering them a variety of strategies that have helped improve their mood, energy levels and overall satisfaction with their lives. In addition to teaching she provides 1:1 health coaching sessions to clients. Her teaching style, presentations, discussions, and supportive demeanor offers a welcoming and very beneficial workshop to help fight those winter blues.
