T'ai-Chi for Well-Being
T’ai-Chi began as a martial art centuries ago in China. And even though it is still studied today as a martial art, it is now practiced by millions around the world for its amazing health benefits. In essence, T’ai-Chi is a sequence of movements done mindfully, and in a balanced and relaxed manner. When “playing” T’ai-Chi, you work with the life energy in your body in a way that improves the health and harmony of mind and body.

Kurt Swanson is a certified teacher of Yang-style T’ai-Chi Ch’uan and Qigong. He has studied T’ai-Chi Ch’uan and Qigong under Master Ray Hayward since 2006, and is a seventh-generation student of the original founder of Yang-style T’ai-Chi Ch’uan. Kurt is dedicated to helping others attain optimal health through the practice of T’ai-Chi.
